Slow healing: The wound vac site will close as secondarily which means the scar tissue around the wound make slow grow new skin to cover.

See your PCP.: If the wound is still oozing, then you need to go back to your pcp to make sure there is no secondary infection . I would not worry if the area is dry and not sore to the touch. It might help to take vit. C to help the healing process.

Epibole: If the wound isn't closing and esp if there is no drainage examine it for epibole, an abnormal thin layer of epithelium across the wound surface basically the wound "thinks" its healed but it isn't this layer then must be removed or debrided carefully and completely from the surface. Which should then restart the healing process.
