Dysphagia: Lung donot have pain fibers pleura has pain nerves stretchingike with inflammation can cause pain occasionally eating big bus or a pill may cause tear in food pie causing pain at your age unlikely food is going wrong way symptoms are cough on swallowing if true need ENT evaluation.
