I think i have paranoia schizophrenia and should see a doc but i'm scared they will think i'm a hypocodreact what do i do i'm afraid i'm going crazy!

See a good doctor!: Being afraid to see a doctor is consistent with being paranoid, but other conditions like bipolar disorder, anxiety & med. Side effects may cause similar symptoms. I advise seeing a good psychiatrist- it is important to get treatment. I see no reason why they'll think you're a hypochondriac. You might also consider seeing a holistic doctor to explore complementary approaches. Please see comment:.

Schizophrenia: If you were crazy you probably would not be writing and asking for help. Please call your doctor and ask for a referral to a mental health professional in your area. It is not clear what you are suffering from and you need the help of someone trained in diagnosing and devising a plan that will help you balance your life. Best wishes.
