Sure: How else will you know what it is from? Could be gas, constipation, or... Ulcer disease, gallbladder disease, diverticulitis, appendicitis, ruptured ovarian cyst, bowel obstruction, and on and on. Lots of things can cause abdominal pain-some innocent, some potentially deadly.
