Elevation, diuretic: Try elevation of your lower extremities. Consider a diuretic. There may be venous or lymphatic obstruction which your doctor can diagnose and treat.

Refer to answer: A varieties of condition can cause your problem. Stop your salt intake. Make sure your BP is normal. Have your dr. Check your albumin, calcium, and your thyroid level. Besides you need renal function test plus liver function test. If all are normal you need ct scan of abdomen and pelvis.
