It is difficult to know what the pathologist means by the world they write as their no standard. Only by looking at the slides together can I understand what one is saying. Sounds like the organs have “wasted away”or biopsy was not adequate. The letters are various tings the tissue are tested for that relate to cell function and cancer genes.
