Treat the apnea: Chest pain from sleep apnea occurs because of drop in oxygen level which strains the heart, an arrhythmia or just lack of breathing. If you're being treated with cpap, follow up with your doctor to make sure treatment is adequate. They may need to monitor your overnight oxygen level to determine if you need extra oxygen at night. A cardiology consult would also be helpful.
