Could be more: If your son is "always" angry he needs an evaluation with both his pediatrician and a child psychiatrist. Mood and other disorders can start to show up very early. They will need to know also about your pregnancy with your son, and your observations of him around the house will be invaluable. Please make these appointments as soon as you can.

Maybe: Kids at this age can still be dealing with tantrum behavior, although it is not terribly common for a child to be angry all the time. Is he easily frustrated, inflexible, anxious, unable to transition from one task to another? I would recommend that you talk to your pediatrician or a therapist.
