Psych eval: Find a place to have a solid eval by a Clinical Psychologist. if you need medication - they will refer you for it. Combining CBT therapy w/ it optimizes outcomes and might be enough alone - this avoids side effects and w/drawal. I you act now, you can prevent more bad consequences and start being more in control of your life. It takes involvement to learn good skills but you can do it. Good luck!

See a shrink: It would be a good idea to talk with a psychiatrist. You may have a mood disorder or other condition that is making you have these bothersome and important symptoms. You probably will benefit from therapy, medicaton or both. Treatment works.
