This is not "fine": Tell your treating doctor , again, of the extreme pain you have when urinating.If the doctor can't help you and continues to insist that you are "fine" ...Get a second opinion.

See below: If it is not infection, it could be a condition called interstitial cystitis or you could be passing kidney stones. You may need to see a urologist if these symptoms persist.

See my remarks: First:where is the pain? ( in urethra?,in bladder area.?in the back,in the lower belly?? Is it a burning pain ? Did the doctor do urine exam? was there infection ? How long the pain last ? How long has this been going on? If p;ossible see a good urologist.In the meantime use AZO tablets one 3 x day (sold over the counter) Best of luck young lady
