Scrotal edema: Depending on your age this can be a sign of fluid overload, infx, hernia....I advise seeing primary md for veal.

Not if a hydrotycele: Will settle down if due to trauma. Unlikely if a hydrocele and not if it is a tumor. Suggest see a urologist and get an ultrasound if it persists.
