Unusual: Unlikely if no other atherosclerosis or risk factors: smoking, obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia s, and positive family history. But i guess at your house, careful gentle awakening would be a good idea. , .

Wake each am with racing heart. Afraid to do daily errands. No appetite. Fear of nothing being real. Fear of overstimulation leading to panic attack.
