Pacemaker and Sex: A cardiac pacemaker is inserted to regulate one's heart rate when there is a problem with electrical conduction in the heart. It should have no effect on the ability or safety for a male or female to have sex.

Yes: Having a pacemaker should not prevent one from sexual activity, however immediately after implantation there will be a period that there are limitations in use of the arm on the pacemaker side. Discuss with your doctor.

Pacemaker: The heart disease that indicated the need for the pacer dictates the activity level. Many pacer patients have no problem having sex. The pacer itself is not limiting from sexual activity.
