Untreated Gonorrhea: This is a difficult question because there is no one right answer. It is very rare to have disseminated gonorrhea. But, the common question here is could one have been infected for months and not know it. And, the answer to that is a resounding yes. Your ex-girlfriend should be tested and/or treated.
