What are my restrictions with barrrtts esophologis?

None: Comply with monitoring; if you have been advised about avoiding things that make for a lot of stomach acid, comply with this, and generally whatever you can do to stay lean and physically fit is a good idea.

Like GERD: They aren't really restrictions as much as precautions. You should try to avoid things that increase reflux such as acidic foods, caffeine, nicotine, alchohol, avoiding nsaids, etc. In addition, you should be on a proton pump inhibitor and be followed with endoscopies per your GI doctor. Your GI doctor should be able to give you more info and/or a list of things to do and not do.
