Can washing with betadine help with acne?

Total management: Without your history, i'd tell you to get yourself some benzoyl peroxide instead -- it'll kill the germs better and has other effects that help as well. I also see that you have taken isotretinoin; if you're on this now, betadine's going to be very irritating. If Isotretinoin did not clear you at least for a while, ask about spironolactone. Good luck.
