COMPLICATED: You are quite young to suffer parkinson's disease, so please make certain that your diagnosis is indeed correct, and that the tremor is not due to another condition, such as medication reaction, wilson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc. True parkinson's is indeed a very painful condition, and you would need specific medical management. See a nearby movement disorder specialist.
