Loss of CS lordosis: I'm sorry about your severe neck & shoulder pain. "loss of neck curve" is the manifestation of an underlying condition which too is causing the pain. Need a detailed structural exam & xrays. Stretching exercises, including shoulder rolls, neck stretches & isometric exercises (neck rotation, neck tilting, neck bending, etc) can help. Spinal manipulation can be very effective depending on the cause.

The loss of the neck: Curvature or lordosis is not a diagnosis or reason for your neck pain but a finding consistent with muscular spasm. The question then is what is affecting the neck muscles like that-a simple muscular pull or something more. If it is not getting better, see a physician for an evaluation to see what is going on and to get the appropriate guidance and treatment.
