Intention is good bu: You definitely need to loose weight ! but drastic measures are not always sustainable for long time ! it is better to change totally your habits and choices of food! it takes time to make " mental majeover"! but this change should be for rest of your life ! i suggest to consult your doctor prior to your dietary changes ! in the meantime cut carbohydrates and try to walk briskly 10 minutes a day !
