Key is diet: I'm glad you're exercising. Do it both for looks and fitness. You'll get your definition as you burn more calories than you eat, and as your fitter body actually asks for less food -- you'll distinguish true hunger from wanting to eat for no reason. Afterburn is something you'll discover on our own as you continue.
