A member asked:

What should someone do to build muscles at a young age?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Resistance: Have someone introduce you to the gym. Choose maybe six stations for each body area. Do three sets of ten reps at maximum weight for this area, three times per week. At the same time, eat sensibly, get 1 gram of protein per pound that you weigh daily, and do cardio for definition and general health. Congratulations on your new pursuit -- may it be a lifelong interest.
