Night routine: You can improve falling asleep by removing tv and computer from your bedroom. Stop use of these two items at least 30 min before sleep. Decrease your caffeine intake, avoid caffeine in the evening. Alcohol also inhibits sleep. Have a routine such as a warm bath or shower, soft music, light reading before going to bed. Avoid daytime naps. If these techniques do not help, see your doctor.
