I was at work a couple of days ago and my boss said i was washing the dishes while staring at the wall. i didn't respond to my name. i have a history of this but it stopped when i was 16 so thought nothing of it . my boss said it could be epilepsy.?

Have evaluation : On the surface, we need to evaluate epilepsy which could have affected you for yrs. Time to see neurologist, get EEG, and start meds? No driving, power equipment, activities at heights, swimming alone until all is controlled

Agree with Dr. M: It would be prudent to consult a neurologist to rule out variation of petit mal epilepsy. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
