Yes: It takes a strong man to admit he has anxiety. It takes an even stronger man to be willing to work on it. Encourage you to see your family doctor for evaluation. There are a number of medical conditions that can express with anxiety. If you have one of them, the underlying cause needs to be corrected. Cognitive behavioral therapy with a psychologist can be a powerful antidote for anxiety.
