If you are asking...: ... You probably already know the answer. You are probably playing video games too much & may be addicted to them. If that is the case, your life is probably suffering. Try to take a break from the games for a week or two, cold turkey. Plan some outings & meet with friends. If you can't stay away from the games, you will know you need additional help from a therapist. Let me know how it goes!

Quitting: Video games are like candy for the adhd brain. They are so stimulating, they can become somewhat addicting. The time spent on gaming is the real factor here. If you are not enjoying life outside of your gaming world, you're missing out. Quitting is an option if you can't just play 'once in a while'.
