Deal with sadness: Many things can cause crying. Grief and sadness are very common with this. Has someone important to you died, or left you recently? Or might you be depressed? Accompanying symptoms might also be sleep appetite, and sleep disturbance, along with loss of interest in activities previously enjoyed. It would be a good idea to talk with your doctor about this. Psychiatric/and psychology consults too.
