Some ideas: 1) join a 12 step group that focuses on recovery from sexually compulsive behavior 2) change the scenarios that lead to porn usage 3) spend less time alone; review your current relationships? What would improve them? How can you meet new people? 4) learn to deal with emotions like sadness, loneliness, anger, anxiety, boredom in a healthy and productive manner (e.g. In therapy, helping others).
