It's on your mind: Perhaps you also have waking anxiety symptoms, or not. If not you may not need to do anything. But if you do, you can find a psychotherapist and either talk it through or get meds or both. You would know if this is ptsd. In any case, i doubt that it foretells anything. I hope you can still get enough sleep because that in itself would be a problem.
