Easily: How long have you been smoking? How many cigarettes do you smoke a day? Have you tried to stop and been unable to? Do you have a regular pattern of smoking, i.e., after every meal, or when you feel stressed? I'd suggest that you try to stop and see how long you are able to go without a cigarette. If you can't stop, you are addicted. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance.
