Seek help: A vicious cycle this is. I would suggest you discuss options to get you through the difficult transition that stopping these medications might cause - talk with a practitioner who can help use other medications or techniques to try to withdraw from these medications. Before changes are made, the reason for the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) use needs to be addressed.
