Deep Breathing : Inhale deeply & slowly through your nostrils. Hold air in lungs for a 5 count. Slowly exhale through an open mouth. Focus on your breathing. Repeat until you feel calmer. If this is a frequent problem for you - encourage you to be evaluated by your physician. Take care.
