Yes: Pms (premenstrual syndrome) is associated with mood lability, usually depression, irritability and often physical symptoms such as pain and bloating, but unlikely to be associated with psychotic thought process. I am not sure what you mean by psychotic or bipolar "behavior" psychosis is defined by thought process & content. Bipolar refers to mood and affect fluctuation.
