Trigger fingers, : Joint inflammation ( even with negative test), nerve issues such as compression or neuropathy, circulation issues , endocrine issue such as diabetes o thyroid disease are other things to consider. From my vantage point trigger fingers are often under rated for pain and discomfort that can exist without triggering, just palm pain.

Hand pain: There are all sorts of conditiosn causing hand pains that will not show up in blood tests. Just for example, osteoarthritis will have normal values on all these tests and is a common cause of finger pain.

Hand Surgeon: Consult an experienced hand surgeon in your area. Your symptoms can come from tendonitis, arthritis and or neuritis. A good surgeon will diagnose you and offer appropriate care.
