i feel an ovarian cyst coming on, getting uncomfortable and painful, what do i do?

You can't: Feel themm coming on, but you can feel them when they burst and there is nothing you can do at this point to prevent them. If you are getting them regularly make an appointment with your doctor and discuss your options.
