Nasal steroid spray: Greetings. Sudafed is an excellent decongestant but if you still are having troubles, first use NeilMed sinus rinse. This helps to remove the thick mucus from your nasal passages. Wait 5-10 minutes then spray OTC Nasacort/Flonase into your nose. This medication will add to the sudafed.
