Nose Sprays: Consult an ENT specialist... Your congestion may be from a rebound effect from your otc decongestant sprays. You could also have allergies, sinusitis, a dental issue, a deviated septum, nasal polyps and or gerd. Once you know and treat what's wrong you can break the nasal spray habit.
