Can sinus problems make my face feel numb or tingly even to the point where it's only one side sometimes my tongue too? my bp is116/81

Maybe, but?: Those symptoms are not typical of sinus problems. The numbness and tingling are more of a concern and especially with your tongue involved as well since those structures are not connected. You may want to see an ENT specialist to look into this further and some imaging scans of your head/neck may be needed. Good luck.

See your physician: A sinus congestion or infection can make your face feel numb just from the pressure. A proper exam will help you with a diagnosis and treatment options that are right for you.
