Maybe, but?: Those symptoms are not typical of sinus problems. The numbness and tingling are more of a concern and especially with your tongue involved as well since those structures are not connected. You may want to see an ENT specialist to look into this further and some imaging scans of your head/neck may be needed. Good luck.
