Many: Could be a meddicine (niacin) ? Could b a long acting vasodilator, could be the menopa use, could be opioid pain meds. A sit down is in order. Too many possibilities. Sorry.

Probably hot falshes: Could be other causes , please see your gyn for evaluation and to see if u are a candidate or not for hormones or if u cannot take hormones Effexor (venlafaxine) also works for hot flashes.
