CABG: It is reasonably common for post op CABG patients to have some CNS manifestations for a time after their pump run. Usually these clear of themselves. Talk to your doctor to be evaluated.

Several issues: Confusion, depression, medications, anesthetics, pump perfusion, carotid disease, and sleep deprivation are all perioperative elements. Diabetes, prior stroke, mental health are also factors the cv surgeon and cardiologist wil help you sort it out.
