My sister burps constantly and has painin chest and breathing problems. she has had her heart checked and is ok. what could it be?

Burps: While it may be normal to burp. What needs to be checked is if she has reflux. Chronic reflux has been associated with bronchospastic issues (asthma) breathing issues. Pain in the chest could be cardiac - if cardiac is normal reflux can cause this pain. Burping large amounts of gas can be painful as well.
