DBT: It doesn't sound like you are crazy but it does sound like your cutting is out of control. The best way to counter that is to find other ways to provide you with pleasure, stress relief and to appease your boredom. Your life is out of balance. Suggest you consider dialectic behavioral therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy. You do need help.

Profes Help: Cutting is an anxiety disorder that gives you a sense of control over your body when you either consciously or unconsciously are experiencing loss of control in other areas of your life. You have progressed to the point where it may actually be a compulsion for you, and you get a sense of relief (and "feel good") when you do it. You need a therapist and possibly medication to get you over the hump.
