Depends: With your age and the fact that you are taking a lot of advil possibly it could mean that you have esophagitis. Although this can be a sign of a heart attack- in your age group-- that is very unlikely . Try taking antacids like maalox and Prilosec otc. Also stop all advil and take only tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain instead of advil --if symptoms rapidly improve fine otherwise i woould see your doctor to check.
