Can oral lesions kill you just wondering?

Impossible to answer: What kind of oral lesions? What are they from? What are your symptoms? If it is an infection, what kind of infection? In general, diseases that cause deep lesions or abscesses may or may not kill you but left untreated, you will get very sick. It really depends on the cause. Asking if oral lesions may kill you is like asking if a bump on your skin may kill you. It's impossible to answer.
