Saliva could: Saliva could kill sperm (pretty much anything could kill sperm). Haven't seen any research studies on saliva and sperm. Such research would be hard to make sense of, because there would be too many variables, such as: how much saliva, how many sperm, how much semen, how long in the saliva, etc... There will always be unknowns in life, except for the fact that life can be full of surprises.
