I've had ulcer for years now, and i've been having serious upper back ache, what do i do?

Unrelated: Could be unrelated. Many causes of back pain: strain, herniated disk, arthritis, etc. See physician for evaluation.

C Ur UGI specialist: Any upper GI conditions can have referred pain 2 the upper 2 mid back. Talk 2 or b cn, then a referral to ortho is a good idea.

See a doctor: It is possible that you have a self-contained perforation with abscess formation, or that this is unrelated to the ulcer and due to back disease or something entirely different. Go and get examined and diagnosed professionally and hope you are better soon.
