Cannot diagnose: This combination of estrogen-like and progesterone-like substances is an effective birth control measure which is supposed to regulate your menstrual periods. Why you are bleeding like this does not fit the picture, and if it recurs would advise seeing your gynecologist. Sometimes things like this happen without an obvious explanation.
