Pap Smears: Yes. Absolutely. Your doctor is right up to the way things are done now. The doctor may do the next pap smears two years apart and then even longer if the pap tests remain normal or 'negative'.

See below: After age 30 it is recommended that an hpv test be added to your pap smear test if both are negative then could do a pap smear every three years then.
