Confused: It sounds like you may have some things confused. Your daughter probably was hyperthyroid, treated with radioactive iodine, and then became hypothyroid. I would expect that she is currently taking thyroid hormone. This would have nothing to do with becoming pregnant. If she has a positive pregnancy test, she is probably pregnant. However we generally advise waiting 6 months before attempting pregn.
