Nystatin dr gave me is not working for my daughters yeast rash now it looks like she is getting a diaper rash her skin in areas looks scaley and red?

See a pediatric derm: Diaper rashes are quite common, however there can be multiple causes. Often, it is first treated for yeast, however there is usually a irritant component that needs treatment as well. Infantile psoriasis can show up as a diaper rash, so if it is stubborn and persistent, this can be the cause. Lastly, rare conditions only a pedi derm would be familiar with would be evaluated. Good luck!
