Irregular periods: Some women do bleed 14 days before they get their period when they ovulate. It is normal and not something to be worried about. If spotting is occurring randomly during odd days in your cycle, you should see your doctor.

Paragard 1+ yr, no issues before, but now having irregular/excessive bleeding, sudden cramping, side/back pain, and passing abnormal clots 2 weeks after a normal period. Soaking through regular and super tampons within 1-2 hours. Not normal for me.
